Welcome ANWB!
The ANWB, or Royal Dutch Touring Club, advocates the interest of its five million members (2023) in the areas of mobility and tourism. The organization was founded in 1883 and provides its members in (roadside) assistance, insurance, travel and retail.
The implementation of the digital host has been finalized and together we went live June 5. As of that moment, the digital host welcomes all ANWB callers and makes sure they are directed to the best suitable help in the shortest amount of time. More information on the results and roadmap will follow soon.
